I have a good ides for windows 7

when you have a non focused window open it should be transperant then if you focus it it should turn solid

I upgraded to Internet Explorer 8 and HATE it! I can’t seem to get back to version 7. I tried to take it out of the C drive but it won’t let me. Does anyone have any idea how I can restore explorer 7?
