Since I use a mac 99% of the time I do not use any anti-virus software and my firewall is the one in my router.

I've always wanted to setup Smoothwall and give it a try, just never got around to it.

It is a pretty sweet..  It takes some time to get it tuned and working pretty well but the experience is well worth it..

I use nod32 for my antivirus and I have a hardware firewall in my modem that I use. I do not like software firewalls, they cause more problems then they fix.

I've always used Nod32 but I was looking for a decent free AV for my clients. I'm pretty happy with Antivir.
As far as a fire wall, other than my router, I like to run AA tools just to monitor all internet connections.
