Please can any one answer following questions specific to testing:

 

Can VSTS be used as a testing tool for testcase management and defect management?

Can we install only the test client from VSTS?

Any plug inns available for test automation tools like Quick test pro , silk ?

Can we define a workflow for defect tracking?

 

I am evaluating test tools in my new company and my boss is insisting on VSTS which I think is more of a developer tool rather then a test tool.
