Currently I am trying to update I-tunes and Quicktime on one of the Office Machines. I am getting an error message could not open: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\Quicktime.qt\shell\open\command Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact support personal. I have tried removing the key, which was unsuccessful. I also tried running as Administrator and removing the key, to no avail. I have never seen such an error before with Quicktime, I need to find a way to fix this issue.
